We do a criminal background check on all of our team members as well as pre-employment and random drug checks.
We verify that each candidate has the necessary documentation to work legally in this country.
We are licensed, bonded, and insured.

What are your payment terms? Back to top Top
Payment is preferred at the time of service by cash or check.
If you prefer to pay by credit card there is an additional 3% for processing.

Will I always have the same team members? Back to top Top
We make every effort to send the same team each visit so you get to know each other. However, sometimes due to illness, vacations, or other reasons beyond our control we may have to substitute another team to clean your home.

Why does the first cleaning take longer? Back to top Top
Our first cleaning visit is more like a very deep cleaning. Before we can begin regularly scheduled maintenance cleaning of a home, there are a variety of first-time tasks that require extra time and effort.

Will cleaning always be done on the same day? Back to top Top
With the exception of severe weather or holidays, you cleaning day will remain the same. However, with the exception of the 1st appointment in the morning, we can not guarantee a specific time of day for your regularly scheduled visits because our schedules and travel direction can change from week to week. We do ask for a time frame when you will return home so we can try to be done by then. We will always try to stick to your schedule.

Must I be home when you clean? Back to top Top
With the exception of the first cleaning, it is not necessary for you to be home. For ease of access, you may provide us with a key. The key is coded and kept in a locked location until it is needed for service and then returned.

Do you perform any additional tasks? Back to top Top
Just contact our office with your request. A minimum of 24 hours from your scheduled appointment is required.

Do you clean windows? Back to top Top
Windows are not part of the normal cleaning. Since doing windows can greatly increase the time of service, we ask that you call our office at least 48 hours in advance if you want the windows cleaned. In addition we will only clean the inside of windows we can reach with a 3 step ladder.

Do I have to provide supplies and equipment? Back to top Top
No, we provide all professional housecleaning solutions, sanitized supplies for each house, and high-tech vacuum cleaners with HEPA filters that remove 99.97% of particles as small as 3/100th microns.

What type cleaners will be used in my home? Back to top Top
We mainly use environmentally safe cleaning supplies

Do you require contracts? Back to top Top
We do NOT require any term contracts.
